Yes. Slot payment is required to hold a booking. The remainder is due on session day. For multi-day lockout sessions, we agree payment terms individually before confirming.
Yes. You can send your stems via email or share them on WhatsApp through our official number. Once received, we'll review the files and provide a quote based on track count and complexity. Most mixing projects are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Yes. All rooms can be booked self-op. Our staff engineers are available to assist or co-engineer — priced separately when requested.
24-bit/96kHz WAV stems, consolidated sessions, mixed/mastered files in WAV, AIFF, MP3 or DDP. Delivery via WhatsApp, Email or physical drive. You tell us what you need and we match it.
Cancellations 72+ hours in advance: full deposit refund. 48–72 hours: 50% refund. Under 48 hours: deposit forfeited. We apply discretion for genuine emergencies and will reschedule where possible.
